What are Personal Care Providers

Personal care providers are Home Health Aides (HHA) or Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) professionals who provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, housekeeping, medication reminder, etc. 

These services can be essential in allowing clients to recover at home from surgery, a hospital stay, rehabilitation stay, or clients in need of long-term support.  These services also enable our elder clients to age in place safely at home decreasing the need to move into a facility and age in place safely.                                                                    

Services include:

• Bathing
• Dressing  
• Toileting
• Incontinence Care
• Meal preparation
• Laundry
• Feeding 
• Medication Reminders
• Transfer to/from bed, wheelchair, etc. 
• Grooming
• Assistance with ambulation device
